This project was commissioned by an industrial group to understand and assess the possibility of industrially manufacturing a four-meter-long boat to be sold in Malls. The design had to be modular in order to offer a wide range of versions, from a basic model to a speedboat with a cabin.

The work consisted of a strategic analysis of use to identify the various uses for the boat and the different segments of purchasing power, points of sale and distribution of a leisure boat, both private and public or for rent. It was always kept below 4 meters so that anyone can pilot it.
